Online Registration Procedure

1. PARTICIPATION.  Determine your level of participation: Participant / Observer / Student.  Click Here for additional information on levels of registration.
2. OPTIONS.  Determine your board & lodging options: Full Board & Lodging / Full Board / Partial Board.  Click Here for additional information on levels of registration.
3. FEE.  Determine your registration fee using the schedule of fees & discounts based on your level of participation, your board & lodging options and your target payment date.  Click Here to view the schedule of fees & discounts.  Rates for Philippine residents and foreigners vary.  The amounts quoted include fees for the convention, masterclass, concerts and board & lodging.
4. PAYMENT.  Deposit your registration fee to the bank account of the Philippine Choral Directors Association Inc. at Banco De Oro under savings account number 1070172934 (Visayas Avenue Branch).  Foreign participants can send their registration fee to the same bank account using the swift code BNORPHMM.  Remittance via other channels may be arranged with the Office of the PCDA Secretary General.  All charges imposed by the banks and/or fund remitting establishments shall be shouldered by the registrant.
5. REGISTRATION.  Fill in the Online Registration Form.  Indicate "Individual" in the last box if you are not registering as a member of a group availing of the "10+1" discount.  Members of a group availing of the "10+1" discount should individually fill in the form and indicate "Group" in the last box.  You may also download the PDF version of the registration form found on this page.
   
6. SCAN.  Scan your bank deposit slip and save as a jpg or pdf file then send as an attachment via e-mail to pcda.conventions@yahoo.com with the subject "Bank deposit slip of [Your Name]".  If you chose to download the registration form, scan the accomplished form and send along with the bank deposit slip scan with the subject "Registration form and bank deposit slip of [Your Name]".  Click Here to send e-mail.
   
7. CONFIRMATION.  Print out the e-mail confirmation indicating your Online Registration Number (ORN) sent by the Office of the PCDA Secretary General and staple together with your proof of payment for presentation at the registration desk at the convention venue from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on 11 November 2010.  Groups must staple together all e-mail confirmations with the proof of group payment plus proof of group affiliation of each member.
8. E-GROUP.  Join the exclusive Facebook group for registered participants, observers and students.  All post-registration procedures will be conducted in this group.  Click Here to join.
   
9. UPDATES.  Visit the PCDA website regularly to check updates, changes and announcements related to the convention.
   

BANK & FUND REMITTANCE CHARGES

• All charges imposed by the bank or remitting establishment shall be shouldered by the registrant.
• PCDA will confirm amount credited to its bank account.  Shortage must be settled by the registrant to complete his registration.  Overpayments will be reimbursed starting on the the second day of the convention.

TRANSACTION CODE
Entire third line of machine validation printout on your bank deposit slip starting with the date in <mm-dd-yy> format and time in <hh:mm:ss> format  followed by four alpha-numeric codes.
