Members must update their membership folio immediately after renewal.  An applicant shall complete the membership folio requirements as part of his/her application.

• Write-up in at most 2,000 characters (including spaces), unformatted.  Curriculum vitae.  Click Here to send with the subject "Write-up & CV of <Your Name>".
• Glamour shot for the website portrait.  File must be in jpg format in at most 1Mb.  Click Here to send with the subject "Glam Shot of <Your Name>".
  
• Best head shot for the ID photo.  File must be in jpg format in at most 1Mb.  Click Here to send with the subject "ID Pic of <Your Name>".
