LIBERA
The Christmas Concert of the Year!

CONDITIONS
  1. Conductor of the choir must be an active PCDA member in 2011.
  2. Minimum of 20 tickets per choir.
  3. PCDA members who are interested to watch but do not have or will not bring a choir will be included in the PCDA group.
  4. Full amount (group or individual PCDA member) must be deposited to the PCDA bank account by 30 September 2011.
  5. Choir must display posters equivalent to the number of tickets purchased in highly visible areas in the vicinity of their base.  PCDA member must display two (2) posters.  Posters must be picked up by the PCDA member or his/her representative from NCR location to be announced.
  6. Photos of all the posters in the area where each is displayed must be uploaded in the "Libera" album in the PCDA Facebook account: Philippine Choral Directors.
  7. Choir and PCDA members must promote multimedia materials in their official and personal online networks.  Links to these sites must be posted in the PCDA Facebook account: Philippine Choral Directors.
  8. Reselling of tickets at full price is prohibited.
  9. Tickets marked with the special price will be issued to the choir or PCDA member only at the venue.

Reminders

  • Save your deposit slip for presentation to PCDA when claiming your ticket/s.
  • Should you decide to purchase additional special price tickets, make sure to register the new purchase by accomplishing the form again.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration/s.
  • Comply with the the puchase conditions.
  • Pick up your tickets from the PCDA representative at the concert venue one (1) hour before the concert.

FORMAT
The TRANSACTION CODE is the entire third line of machine validation printout on your bank deposit slip starting with the date in <mm-dd-yy> format and time in <hh:mm:ss> format  followed by four alpha-numeric codes. Type this after indicating the purchase quantity and deposit amount, excluding any bank transaction fees or service charges.

Example:  20 P4,000 01-20-10 15:45:03 021N 48 2795 614

Any and all bank transaction fees or service charges shall be paid by the buyer.
