Board & Lodging Options


Full Board & Lodging
  • Four (4) overnight room-sharing stay at the venue with use of all complimentary facilities of the venue, e.g., recreation areas.
  • Thirteen (13) meals from lunch on November 11 to lunch on November 15.
  • Nine (9) snacks from morning of November 11 to morning of November 15.

Full Board
  • Registrant will secure his own lodging.
  • Registrant will provide his own transportation between his choice lodging and the convention venue.
  • Thirteen (13) meals from lunch on November 11 to lunch on November 15.
  • Nine (9) snacks from morning of November 11 to morning of November 15.

Partial Board
  • Registrant will secure his own lodging.
  • Registrant will provide his own transportation between his choice lodging and the convention venue.
  • Nine (9) meals (no breakfast) from lunch on November 11 to lunch on November 15.
  • Nine (9) snacks from morning of November 11 to morning of November 15.

Dietary Restrictions

  • Cost adjustments to accommodate dietary restrictions shall be shouldered by the registrant.
  • PCDA will take the necessary steps within its control to minimize cost adjustments, if any.

Room Sharing

  • Rooms available are for 4 persons on single beds and 6 persons on double-deck beds.
